Team Liquid is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategy and campaign execution across our esports titles, with a focus on key moments, fan growth, and partner delivery.
In this role, you will manage how teams, players, and content are brought to market across channels. You will plan and execute campaigns around major esports moments, work across content and partnerships teams, and contribute to initiatives that grow the global fanbase and increase engagement.
This is a hands‑on role with accountability for both direction and execution. You will set priorities, run campaigns end‑to‑end, and contribute to the development of the marketing function while improving ways of working across the team.
Location: Utrecht, Netherlands. Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and available to work onsite at our Utrecht facility at least three days per week.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Marketing Strategy
- Define and oversee marketing strategies across Team Liquid’s esports titles.
- Identify opportunities to grow audience reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Build campaigns tied to key esports moments, including tournaments, roster announcements, and partner activations.
- Campaign Execution
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from planning through execution and completion.
- Coordinate with content, social, and production teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at a high standard.
- Handle multiple campaigns across different titles and priorities.
- Cross-Functional Work
- Work across content, partnerships, and commercial teams to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
- Ensure marketing plans meet sponsor requirements and broader business priorities.
- Keep stakeholders informed on timelines, progress, and outcomes.
- Data & Performance
- Define success metrics and evaluate campaign performance across platforms.
- Use insights to improve future campaigns and guide direction.
- Present results and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Community & Fan Engagement
- Build campaigns that reflect the interests and behaviors of esports audiences.
- Work with content teams to deliver marketing aligned with audience expectations.
- Apply community insights and feedback to strengthen campaign impact.

- Contribute feedback and apply best practices to improve campaign planning, workflows, and execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the team.

- Ability to use data to evaluate performance and guide direction.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in esports, gaming, or digital content.
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 10%) for tournaments, events, and key activations.
- Experience in esports, gaming, or entertainment.
- Experience working on brand partnerships or sponsored campaigns.
