Functieomschrijving:
As an Operator, you play a key role in maintaining a reliable and productive manufacturing process. You will operate modern production lines, monitor machine performance and ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.Your main duties will include:

• Preparing, operating and adjusting production lines for different production runs;
• Keeping track of the production process and monitoring overall progress;
• Carrying out quality inspections and checking products against established standards;
• Troubleshooting minor machine faults and performing basic first-line maintenance;
• Detecting process deviations and identifying ways to improve production efficiency;
• Ensuring that the workplace remains clean, safe and well organised;
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and keep operations running smoothly.

• MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level, preferably at level 2 or 3;

• Previous experience as an Operator in a production environment is an advantage;
• Experience within the food industry is a plus;
• Willingness to work a two-shift schedule;
• A careful and accurate working style, with a strong focus on product quality;
