To accelerate this growth, we are looking for a Navigation Product Manager to help route electric drivers to our industry‑leading charging stations . Together with 400+ colleagues from over 45 nationalities, spread across 10 countries, we drive change in the energy transition. Your role:Your mission is simple but vital: Make sure every EV driver finds a Fastned station the moment they need one.
At Fastned, being physically present on the highway isn’t enough if we aren’t integrated into the navigation of our EV drivers. If a driver can’t find a Fastned station during their route planning, we simply aren’t part of their journey.
As our Navigation Product Manager, you are the bridge between our physical infrastructure and the global digital ecosystem. You ensure Fastned is seamlessly integrated into every major navigation system, vehicle dashboard, and routing app on the planet.
Reporting directly to the Growth Director, you will be the overarching owner of our digital visibility for drivers on the road. You’ll sit at the heart of a cross‑functional effort to make our stations impossible to miss, working with Product to ensure perfect data sharing, Sales and Partnerships to close prioritization deals with car manufacturers, and Marketing to drive promotions.
Key responsibilities:Set the Foundation: You won’t just be managing a process; you will be the architect of it. You’ll dive deep into the mobility industry to define our standards and create a clear KPI framework that aligns the entire organization. This requires high‑level Strategic Project Management as you will design the long‑term strategy and translate it into a pragmatic, joint roadmap for the wider team. You aren’t just watching from the sidelines; you are the one driving the rhythm, managing the milestones, and ensuring every cross‑functional stakeholder stays on track. You are responsible for both the “Big Picture” vision and the tactical execution required to make Fastned the most visible charger on the road.
Online data accuracy: You own the “Source of Truth.” You’ll be hands‑on in ensuring our location data is flawless across all platforms. You will manage relationships with data brokers, map providers, and third‑party platforms to ensure what the driver sees on their screen matches the reality at the station.
Strategic Hub & Alignment: You are the central point of contact for monitoring our digital performance. You’ll develop a smart monitoring system to track our “findability” and ensure all stakeholders are pulling in the same direction. You make the “cross‑functional” part of your title a reality through continuous improvement loops.
Contribute to the strategy: You’ll be a key voice in our long‑term strategy. Working alongside our senior leaders and the strategy team, you’ll help shape the future of how people find Fastned. You’ll keep a sharp eye on market trends and new tech, spotting opportunities to design scalable processes that help our sales and network teams grow. You aren’t just managing the status quo; you’re helping us figure out how to stay ahead in a young and fast‑moving industry.
You have a background in a fast‑growing, location‑based industry (e.g., Mobility, Logistics, GIS, or Travel‑Tech).
You have a strong understanding of digital navigation, map layers, or wayfinding systems. You know how data moves from a database to a car’s head unit.
You are comfortable navigating complex data sets and using data to drive decisions. You don’t just spot a data error; you build a process to make sure it never happens again.
You have the exceptional communication skills needed to influence senior management and coordinate diverse teams. You can translate technical data needs into business value for Sales and Partnerships.
Fluency in English and cultural awareness to navigate various European markets. Additional European languages are considered a plus.
You have a genuine passion for the energy transition and want to be a pioneer in the electric mobility revolution.
