Moovv was built to change that and we’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to help bring that mission to the world.

Moovv is a fast-growing D2C wellness and movement brand, founded in 2024, with customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, and Germany. We design innovative treadmills that integrate movement seamlessly into daily life at home, in the office, or anywhere in between.

Our 4.3 Trustpilot rating reflects a product customers genuinely love. We're still early, but momentum is building quickly.

This is a builder’s role.

The product is real. The mission is meaningful. The traction is there.

As CMO, you will own the full marketing functionbrand, growth, creative, and influencer and sit on the senior leadership team with P&L accountability for revenue and profitability.

You’ve built before. You understand the difference between 0→1 and 1→10and how marketing evolves at each stage.

Most importantly, you know how to build a brand and tell a story that makes movement feel essential.

• Lead department heads across Growth, Creative, Brand, and Influencer
• Build the structure, processes, and culture needed for the next phase of scale
• Set the standard for how marketing collaborates across the company

• Own marketing’s contribution to revenue growth and margin performance
• Allocate budgets across channels and markets based on performance
• Balance short-term growth with long-term brand investment

• Define and protect the Moov brand as it scales internationally
• Ensure brand and performance marketing work together
• Build a brand people genuinely connect with not just convert from

• Lead Moov’s international expansion beyond current markets
• Develop scalable growth playbooks that maintain local relevance
• Contribute to company strategy, not just marketing
• Connect marketing, product, and commercial teams
• Be a trusted voice within the leadership team

• Proven CMO or senior marketing leader in a D2C or digitally native brand
• Experience scaling a brand from early stage through meaningful growth
• Deep expertise in brand building and performance marketing
• Experience building and leading multi-disciplinary marketing teams
• Commercially sharp and comfortable owning P&L responsibility
• Experience expanding brands across multiple international markets
• High integrity you say what you mean and mean what you say
• A leader others want to follow and build with
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
