What are you going to do?- You guide candidates and hiring managers with care and direction: from a thorough job intake and active sourcing to a clear and pleasant discussion of terms and conditions of employment.
- You build lasting, sincere relationships with technical professionals and know how to get them excited about a future at DEMCON.
- You move smoothly between our various companies in Enschede and have a good sense of where talent is best suited.
- You are a strategic sparring partner for line managers and vacancy holders and advise them on job profiles, the labour market and smart recruitment strategies.
- You work closely with your HR colleagues on topics such as employer branding, labour market communication and onboarding, and actively contribute ideas on how we can further develop these areas.
- You play an important role in strengthening the DEMCON culture by attracting the right people and offering a warm, professional candidate experience.
- You will enjoy representing DEMCON at national events, trade fairs, company markets and our own in-house days, where you will present our organisation in an inspiring way.
- In this role, you will also be responsible for our smaller location in Groningen.
The team:
You will be part of a national recruitment team of four recruiters (Best, Delft and Enschede). In Enschede, you will work with a committed and accessible HR team in which everyone contributes to a pleasant working environment based on their own expertise. Together, we are building a strong, recognisable DEMCON culture.
What do you bring to the table?- A completed higher professional education or university degree.
- At least 7 years experience as a corporate recruiter, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
- A vision on recruitment and the drive to continuously improve processes.
- Energy, ownership and the ability to switch between operational and strategic modes.

- Salary between €50.400,- and €70.800,- per year (excl. Holiday allowance), depending on your experience;
