As AI adoption & incubation lead at Tata Steel you…
- Lead AI discovery sessions: Facilitate structured workshops with business stakeholders to identify, shape and prioritise high-value AI use cases.
- Act as a trusted advisor: Advise senior business and IT stakeholders on AI opportunities, feasibility and expected business value.
- Shape the AI adoption roadmap: Define and maintain the enterprise-wide AI innovation portfolio and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Partner on AI architecture: Collaborate with IT, Data, Architecture and Security teams to define and evolve the AI and Agentic AI reference architecture.
- Drive AI solution implementation: Oversee the deployment of solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and Databricks-based AI capabilities.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and change: Lead communication, alignment, training and adoption activities across business units.
- Monitor adoption and value realization: Track usage, impact and business outcomes of deployed AI solutions and translate insights into improvements.
- Ensure Responsible AI compliance: Safeguard that all solutions adhere to governance, security and Responsible AI principles.

- Experience in shaping AI or data-driven use cases into business value.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot and modern AI platforms.
- Experience with Agile ways of working.
- Ability to drive change in an industrial or complex organization.

- Monthly gross salary between € 5.025,58 and € 9.958,58: depending on experience and qualifications.
