As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team covering operational maintenance, turnarounds, reliability, and inspection. Your mission: keep our facility running safely and smoothly, while driving continuous improvement and innovation. You’ll be part of the site management team, influencing strategy and delivering on key business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the Maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and legislative requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and best practices.
- Manage preventive and reactive maintenance—always safe, on time, and within budget.
- Take decisive action during breakdowns and critical situations, safeguarding safety, environment, and cost.
- Collaborate across the site to deliver BU requirements and contribute to strategic decisions.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance within chemical manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge (including BRZO compliance).
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in change management and driving improvement.
