You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, resolving payroll issues and contributing to a best-in-class employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Payroll, Time & Absence, and Data Management efficiently and accurately.
• Process payroll information with confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Ensure timely and correct payments to employees and local authorities.
• Perform activities according to Dow internal control and compliance frameworks.
• Address employee payroll queries in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support process improvements and collaborate across functions and cultures.
