Your motivationAs a CDD Analyst, you strive to analyse, assess, and verify client information for Blockrise. Our team manages compliance, fraud, and money laundering risks, and we aim to hire a CDD analyst with strong analytical skills. You are keen to innovate with us, work on solid procedures, and stay relevant to developments within the crypto ecosystem. You will be part of the KYC and AML processes, driving customer identification and risk assessment within these procedures.
What will you do- Analyse and asses client information and their documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Identify and assess risks related to clients while working closely with the compliance team to support the company strategy and compliance framework.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure correct and complete documentation.
- Support other recurring compliance processes, such as risk questionnaires and compliance reviews.
- Translate changes in regulations into new policies and procedures based on Blockrise’s risk appetite.
- HBO or WO Bachelor degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
- Affinity with crypto and the applicable regulations.
- Relevant work experience, familiar with KYC, AML, and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic about working for an innovative and fast-growing company.
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, with a collaborative and innovative mindset.
- The salary range is €2.500 to €3.500 per month depending on experience, for full-time employment;
- Up to €300 to spend on something that will make your job easier, such as headphones or a keyboard;
- 25 days of annual leave, for full-time employment;
