As an Orderpicker, you're the hero of the warehouse, making sure all click & collect orders are spot-on. You pick products with a smile, so customers leave happy with their items. No day is the same, and you make a real difference!

Here's what you'll be doing as an orderpicker:

• Gather orders from the shelves in the IKEA Haarlem warehouse;
• Prepare customer orders for pickup, making sure everything is just right;
• Ensure products are ready for our Click & Collect customers.

Who are you?

You're a true go-getter who isn't afraid of physical work. Lifting packages up to 50 kilos doesn't scare you, and walking a lot (15,000 to 20,000 steps a day) is no problem. Hard work energizes you.

You work accurately and independently, but you're also aware that you operate in an environment where customers pick up their orders. That's why you stay presentable and customer-focused. You have a positive attitude, remain friendly under pressure, and always think in solutions.

Your workingdays

You are available every Saturday plus at least one day during the week.
