Assign housing locations and monitor their livability
Coordinate transport: who goes where, when, and with which vehicle
Drive yourself when necessary (e.g., pick-up and drop-off service)
Communicate with residents and drivers
Carry out minor technical tasks or inspections when needed

A valid category B driver’s license
Hands-on mentality – you don’t mind driving or doing check-ups
EU citizenship or a valid work permit in the Netherlands
Strong communication skills and stress resistance
Structured way of working with an eye for oversight
Good command of English (minimum B2 level), both spoken and written
A dynamic role with a lot of responsibility

Gross monthly salary between €2,450 and €2,650
