As Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will lead and continuously improve the architecture capability and team at Enza Zaden. You will:
- Define and implement an enterprise architecture strategy aligned with our I&D and company strategy
- Ensure that all IT and digital transformation projects contribute to the future-state architecture, maintaining reference architectures, principles, and roadmaps.
- Lead the implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise architecture processes and capabilities.
- Lead the architecture board to evaluate solution designs and enforce architectural standards.
- Manage, develop, motivate, and coach a team of Information Architects, and coach business and Information & Digitalization (I&D) colleagues in architecture practices.
- Stay current on architecture trends ensure insights are shared within the team and represent Enza Zaden in external platforms
You will report to the Vice President Information & Digitalization and are part of the I&D Management team. You will lead a team of 4-5 direct reports and collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
What you bring as a future colleague- 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in leading IT Architecture.
- Broad knowledge of architecture practices and information analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative, engaging, and change leadership abilities.
- Experience leading teams and coaching colleagues across levels.
- Preferred certifications: TOGAF, ArchiMate.
