RoleDescription
As a Maintenance Specialist – HVAC, you play a key role in ensuring the reliability of the HVAC, BMS, and EMS systems within a highly regulated pharmaceutical production environment. In this temporary role, you support the Business System Owner and ensure that all facility and production-related installationsoperateatoptimalperformance. Your technicalexpertisedirectly contributes to the quality, continuity, and efficiency of the production of innovative, custom?made medicines.

• Managing andoptimizingthe HVAC, BMS, and EMS systems to guarantee continuous availability and performance.
• Collaboratingwiththemaintenanceandengineeringdepartmentstodeveloplong-term investmentplansandsupport CAPEXproposals.
• Presenting investmentplansduringbudgetrounds,basedon inputfromtheBusiness SystemOwner.
• Taking part intheManagement of Change (MoC)process:assessproposedchanges,analyzeimpactandfeasibility,andensurethatallmodificationsarebackedbyaccuratedata.
• Identifyingand executing implementation activities within your technical field.
• SupportingtheBSO inensuringthatinstallationsmeet highreliabilityandqualitystandards.
• Activelyparticipatingintechnicalprojects,includinghandovertooperations,ensuringoperationalreadinessandGMP complianceofHVAC, BMS,andEMS systems.
• Ensuring compliance with external regulations and internalstandards (GMP, EHS, FIN, Manufacturing Asset Management).

• Technical backgroundwithatleasta bachelor-levelworkingandthinkingcapacity.
• Minimum of 2yearsofexperiencein ahighlyregulated(pharmaceutical/GMP) environment.
• StrongknowledgeofGMP systemsandcompliancerequirements.
• ExperiencewithHVACinstallationsandcontrolstrategies,includingBMS (required).
• Ability toreadandreviseP&IDs.
• Excellentcommunicationskills,includingproficiencyin English.
• Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswithhigh attentiontodetail.
• ExperiencewithSAP PM oranotherCMMS systemis a plus.
