What does the ROLE entail?
Being the first point of contact for our guests, always with a warm smile;
Assisting guests with carrying luggage;
Parking and moving guests’ cars as needed, being comfortable driving into and out of our garage and in the vicinity;
Answering any queries guests might have;
Monitoring and responding to guest-related emails in a timely and professional manner;
Supporting the Front Office team with guest check-ins and check-outs when required;
Assisting with guest requests, reservations, and general administrative tasks;
Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience;
Providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions;
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming lobby and entrance are

Your EXPERIENCE:
A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this position, due to the nature of its tasks;
Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles, and proficient in parking in tight spaces;
Great language and communication skills in English and, preferably, in Dutch;
Able to carry luggage, understanding the physical nature of the job;
A flexible schedule and being available on Fridays / Saturdays / Sundays;
Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).
