Our goal is to improve the quality of care by helping organisations use data and insights in a smart and practical way.

Inzicht is Gerimedica’s Business Intelligence and data team. The team focuses on turning complex healthcare data into clear insights for care organisations and internal teams. This includes reporting, dashboards, data quality, and supporting data driven decision making. Data migrations are also part of the Inzicht team’s scope, but they are project based and occur periodically rather than continuously.

As a BI & Data Consultant within team Inzicht, your day to day work is primarily focused on Business Intelligence and data related activities. You help customers and colleagues gain better insights from their data and improve the reliability and usability of information across systems.

In addition, you are the owner of data migration projects when they occur. This means you take end to end responsibility for migrations, from preparation and execution to validation and handover. Migration projects are planned in waves and depend on customer demand, making them an important but not constant part of the role. During these projects, you ensure data is migrated accurately, efficiently, and with high quality into Ysis.

You work mostly from home or from our Amsterdam office.

• Design, build, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and datasets

• Translate business and customer questions into clear, actionable insights

• Improve data quality, consistency, and transparency across systems

• Collaborate closely with product, implementation, and support teams

• Contribute to the development and optimisation of data pipelines and ETL processes

• Own data migration projects from start to finish

• Plan, coordinate, and execute data migrations into Ysis

• Align with customers and internal stakeholders on scope, planning, and progress

• Validate migrated data and ensure performance and quality standards are met

• Work in a project based way, switching between BI work and migrations depending on demand

You will be part of team Inzicht, a small and close knit team with a strong focus on data quality and collaboration. The team works across the full implementation scope, from client and care data to financial flows. While team members share similar responsibilities, each person has their own focus and expertise. You will work closely with colleagues from different disciplines throughout Gerimedica.

We are looking for a fresh graduate, junior, or medior candidate who is comfortable with the fundamentals of BI and data engineering and who enjoys taking ownership and responsibility. You are eager to learn, but already confident enough to work independently and take responsibility for your work.

• HBO or WO level of working and thinking

• Fluent in Dutch and preferably also in English

• Experience with BI, data analysis, or data engineering

• Knowledge of ETL processes

• Experience working with APIs such as REST and SOAP

• Experience with SQL is a plus

• Experience with Python is a plus

• Experience owning or coordinating data migrations is a plus

• Pragmatic, accurate, and structured in your way of working

• Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities

• Customer focused and solution oriented

• A 32–40 hour contract with flexibility and autonomy
