Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Logistics Process Engineer to lead and optimise inbound material flow, staging, kitting, internal transport, and product distribution processes. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Own and improve inbound material, staging, kitting, and distribution processes.
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and internal SOPs.
- Lead process implementation, documentation, and training for local logistics teams.
- Drive continuous improvement using lean tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior management and global teams to align logistics strategies.
- Oversee acceptance testing and implementation of new processes and equipment.
- Conduct Gemba walks and lead sustainable improvements in safety, quality, and cost.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for process-related audits and inspections.
- Manage CAPAs, change controls, and non‑conformance investigations.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability.
- HBO degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in logistics process engineering within manufacturing or pharma/FMCG.
- Advanced knowledge of GMP/GDP and lean tools.
- English C2 proficiency (Dutch preferred).
- Strong analytical, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
