The role: Digital Marketing Specialist
As the new Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll take the reins on crafting and managing impactful campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Demandbase, Spotify, and YouTube. Your goal? To build awareness, drive consideration, and generate leads among Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts-helping businesses thrive while driving Business's growth in the EMEA region.
In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind digital strategies that make a difference. You'll plan, launch, and manage campaigns across social media and display channels, working closely with copywriters, designers, and developers to bring your ideas to life. Collaboration will be key, as you'll partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Strategy & Ops, CRM, and Sales to ensure every campaign hits the mark.
Your analytical skills will come into play as you optimize user experiences by tailoring landing pages for maximum impact. You'll experiment with new digital channels, assessing their potential and making data-driven decisions to keep our strategies fresh and effective. Local expertise will also be your secret weapon, as you leverage regional insights to uncover communication opportunities and maintain consistency across markets.
And of course, you'll be measuring success every step of the way. Tracking metrics, analyzing performance, and collaborating with advertising platform partners like LinkedIn and Meta will ensure your campaigns not only meet but exceed expectations. Whether it's refining an approach or sharing actionable insights, you'll be the driving force behind campaigns that deliver real results.
What we need from you?
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in managing paid digital campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Demandbase, Spotify, and more.
- A strong ability to juggle multiple campaigns and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver results.
- A love for testing, optimizing, and diving deep into campaign data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to tell a story through data and adapt your message for different stakeholders.
- Passion for staying on top of industry trends and exploring new tools to elevate your campaigns.
- Fluent in English (bonus points if you speak French, German, or Arabic).
