What will you be doing?
As a Senior Consultant in the public sector, you will be the driving force behind change in various public organizations. You effortlessly switch between strategy and execution and know how to translate complex issues into concrete solutions. You work on assignments that truly matter-with societal impact. For example:
Analyzing and strengthening internal controls at a ministry;
Guiding an implementing organization in the implementation of a new risk management framework;
Conducting internal audits at a healthcare institution seeking to refine its processes;
Supporting a municipality in a digitalization project where governance and data security are central;
Supporting government organizations in implementing new IT systems;
Mapping operational and IT processes within government organizations and making recommendations for improvements, such as establishing more efficient and targeted control measures.
In all this, we use technology, such as GenAI, as much as possible to arrive at smarter and more efficient solutions for our clients. Compliance issues are also addressed in light of changing IT legislation.

Does this describe you?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Consultant to enrich our team who has experience in risk management and data innovation within the public sector. You have the skills to combine the organization's strategic, tactical, and operational objectives with risk assessments. Moreover, you are adept at navigating complex administrative structures.
Additionally:
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in risk management and/or IT projects;
You have a completed WO master's degree in Public Administration, (Technical) Business Administration, BIM, Finance, or a related field;
Experience with GRC tooling and/or audit activities is a plus;
You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
