Your role
You are the driving force behind our HR operations! your mission is to transform us into a great place to work and an exceptionally attractive employer. You'll take on a versatile role, focusing on all phases of the employee lifecycle. This includes Employer Branding, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent Management, Compensation, Culture, and Payroll Processing.
You are a driving force behind the People & Culture policy, both in its development and execution. And as a start-up, execution is crucial. You’ll initiate improvements and collaborate with management to realize them. Moreover, you are always available for colleagues with HR-related questions and are at the heart of our organization.
Whatyou'll be doing
- You are the first point of contact for managers regarding HR tasks, from onboarding to offboarding. You're a sparring partner for management, ensuring compliance with relevant labor law while keeping HR processes up-to-date. Additionally, you roll out HR policies.
- You are responsible for the entire personnel cycle; the inflow, progression, and outflow of employees, absence administration, leave, etc.
- You oversee and execute the recruitment process, refining it to increase the quality of hires.
- You contribute to a positive work environment and culture.
- You develop the performance management cycle and advise on career development and suitable training opportunities for the professional growth of employees.
- You have the freedom to shape the HR role according to your insights, with room to experiment and launch new initiatives.

- Since we are in the startup phase, we work from our office.
Your Experience and qualifications
- A completed and relevant HBO or WO education.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as an HR advisor and knowledge of labor law and regulations.
- Strong verbal skills in both Dutch and English.
