Tradeshow Preparation
- You MUST HAVE affinity with Audio Visual Devices
- Arrange travel and logistics for attending staff
- Prepare internal documentation and materials for use during exhibitions
- Develop booth layouts and technical drawings (e.g. AutoCAD) in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Review exhibitor manuals and ensure all requirements and deadlines are met
- Coordinate with event organizers and order necessary venue services
- Collaborate with external suppliers and contractors for booth construction materials
- Create detailed packing lists for each event
- Prepare shipping documentation for international exhibitions (e.g. Commercial invoices, ATA Carnets)
- Liaise with logistics partners to manage transport and delivery timelines
- Collect feedback after events and compile post-event reports
- Source and select appropriate venues for events
- Negotiate contracts and manage related documentation
- Coordinate with venues on catering, attendee numbers, and event logistics
- Ensure all event details are finalized and executed to a high standard
- Travel to and attend exhibitions and events
- Coordinate delivery and handling of materials with logistics partners
- Execute booth setup and dismantling (including flooring, walls, electricity, and equipment)
- Provide on-site support, including welcoming visitors and assisting commercial teams if needed
- Act as the main point of contact for venue staff during events
- Oversee catering and ensure smooth event operations
- Manage packing and return shipment of materials after events
- Support the Tradeshow & Events Manager with various related tasks and projects
- Providing new product ideas and adjustments to the future product line;
- In-house product testing for technical issues experience in the field;
- Involvement at trade shows and dealer events, including set up and tear down;
- Training of sales team and new employees, as well as dealers and end-users;
- Providing product availability and pricing information over the phone to dealers and end-users, and other sales related tasks as needed;
- You must have valid work permit.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Dutch and English)
- Experience in project coordination or event management
- Hands-on mindset with willingness to assist in physical setup tasks
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD is a plus
- Standard working hours are office-based (approximately 9:00 – 17:30)
- Availability to work weekends during events is required
- Frequent travel within the EMEA region
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience in trade show, event planning, or logistics is an advantage
€4000 - €4500 monthly
