THE POSITION
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Booking Office Intern to join our Headquarters team in the Netherlands. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with colleagues from different countries and departments.
As a Booking Office Intern, you will support the smooth operation of our reservation activities across our hotels. You will assist with booking processes, help monitor reservation and pricing strategies, and work closely with other departments to ensure an optimal guest journey. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and ready to gain hands-on experience at HQ level.
This position is designed to be flexible and includes an overlap with the Meetings & Events (M&E) department. While the role will support selected M&E-related activities, the main focus will remain on Reservations, as this department currently requires additional support due to limited resources. This setup allows for cross-departmental learning while maintaining a clear priority on reservation operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Currently enrolled in an MBO/HBO degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or another relevant field of study.
Strong interest in hotels, reservations, and revenue-related topics.
Fluency in English; German language skills are preferred, as the role is based in the Netherlands (NL) and involves regular collaboration with German-speaking hotels and stakeholders.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Record, monitor, and process booking changes (cancellations, modifications, transfers, etc.).
Support the formulation and implementation of reservation strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Assist in monitoring pricing and selling strategies.
Ensure proactive communication with hotels and other departments regarding reservation strategies.
Help analyze business mix and stay up to date with reservation strategies, promotions, and market trends.
Support selected activities within the Meetings & Events (M&E) department in close coordination with the Reservations and HQ teams.
