Home Information Security & GRC Specialist
In this role as an Information Security & GRC Specialist, you’re going to define the information security strategy. You will organize/manage the information security in accordance with the needs and risk appetite of the organization and ensure a well-organized security structure is in place.
You will take the lead in implementing and maintaining our cybersecurity measures, ensuring that all employees are aware of information security. While you focus on the overall cybersecurity strategy and the human aspects of security, the technical responsibilities will be handled by our Manager of Application and Infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promote security and internal control awareness.
- Lead and coordinate organization-wide information security activities and projects, ensuring our security measures always meet the standards.
- Proactively address business inquiries and bring in specialized expertise when needed to find the best solutions.
- Ensure the best quality in information risk assessments, security designs, and solutions through continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Monitor compliance with information security policies, legislation, and regulations based on assessments, tests, reviews, and audits conducted by IA and external parties.
- Keep senior management informed about the current status of information security and present improvement proposals to elevate our security standards.
- Adapt the organization’s information security and IT security strategy to new developments, ensuring we stay ahead in the field.

You are the fit if- You are skilled in SAP.
- You have several years of experience in a Governance, Risk, and Compliance role.
- A background in auditing is considered a plus.
