As a Cleanroom Operator, you'll prepare high-precision components before they move to the next stage of production. Every part you inspect, clean, package, and process helps ensure that only products meeting the highest quality standards reach the customer.
Your responsibilities include:- Receiving and inspecting incoming parts and components
- Cleaning and drying parts using ultrasonic cleaning equipment
- Removing heat tint (weld discoloration) from stainless steel components
- Cleaning process bins used throughout the cleanroom
- Following cleanroom procedures and quality standards with great attention to detail
- Packaging finished products and preparing shipping documentation
- Registering completed products and transferring them to the logistics department
- Suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and product quality
