Your goal Marktlink Capital specializes in helping individual investors access top Private Equity and Venture Capital funds across Europe and North America. We're actively seeking a full-time Operations Director to join our Amsterdam team.

As our Operations Director, you'll lead efforts to refine our operations, support strategic initiatives, and foster our company culture. Your role will include:
• Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets, including market research, regulatory compliance, and establishing local partnerships.
• Lead the development and launch of new investment products, ensuring they meet market demand and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows and processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborating on HR initiatives such as compensation strategies, recruitment management, and talent development.
• Guiding the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics for performance improvement.
• Mentoring and coaching team members for career growth.
• Leading performance management to ensure team success and drive continuous improvement.
• Partnering with leadership to foster collaboration and innovation in line with our mission, vision, and strategy.
• 7+ years of proven experience in operational leadership roles, ideally within the financial or investment sector.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• A results-driven mindset, with a focus on driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
• A proactive and dynamic approach to leadership; motivating and developing teams to achieve their full potential.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
