As an administrative employee at GEODIS in Venlo, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring accurate data entry, supporting the drivers' desk, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work in a dynamic environment with a medium-sized team, where collaboration and attention to detail are key. What You Will Do:

• Data processing: accurately input and verify administrative data in SAP and other systems.
• Drivers' desk: assist drivers with handling transport documents and address their questions.
• Communication: maintain contact with internal departments such as transport planning and customer service.
• Problem-solving: identify and resolve discrepancies in the logistics process in collaboration with colleagues.
• Reporting: prepare and update reports to monitor the progress and quality of processes.

• Hourly salary between €16.64 and €20.24.
• Temporary contract with potential for permanent employment.
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week.
• Travel allowance up to €11.50 per day (from 10 km).

• Background in administration or logistics; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a structured, precise work approach.
• Experience with SAP EWM is a plus; training provided.
• Resilient, flexible, and able to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Available full-time for rotating shifts (06:00-15:00 / 08:00-17:00 / 09:00-18:00), depending on the task.
