We are looking for a driven Institutional Trader to join our trading team, with a focus on managing and executing large orders across European Options Markets. The role sits at the intersection of trading, relationship management, and market analysis, with a strong emphasis on achieving high‑quality execution through external brokers and counterparties.

You will work closely with internal trading teams while building and maintaining relationships with brokers and liquidity providers. Using information gathered from brokers and counterparties, together with your own judgement and analysis, you will help drive trading decisions and execution.

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, decisive under pressure, and naturally curious about market behaviour. From day one, you will be exposed to live trading activity, with opportunities to take ownership and make an immediate impact.

As an Institutional Trader, you will:

• Execute large and complex trades by sourcing liquidity through brokers and counterparties;
• Monitor market conditions and respond quickly to trading opportunities;
• Build and manage external relationships to improve pricing, access, and flow;
• Collaborate with internal traders to align on execution strategies and market views;
• Contribute to the expansion into new products and markets;
• Negotiate trade terms and pricing in fast‑moving environments;
• Support improvements in execution processes, tools, and data usage;
• Develop a strong understanding of market structure, products, and regulatory frameworks;
• Translate market insights into actionable input for trading decisions.

• 2–5 years of professional experience in trading or capital markets;
• Strong knowledge of options and derivatives markets;
• Hands‑on experience interacting with brokers and counterparties;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English fluency is a requirement;
• High EQ and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence outcomes;
• Ability to work well under pressure, thriving when making fast decisions and handling a high volume of trades, often simultaneously;
• Entrepreneurial mindset;
• Detail oriented;
• Competitive by nature.
