We’re looking for a Creative Design Lead to lead our multidisciplinary design studio and take our visual expression to the next level.

• Lead a studio of 2D and 3D designers and shape how our brands show up across campaign, retail, digital, and brand touchpoints.
• Connect strategy to creativity, guide teams from concept to execution, and raise the bar on creative quality every day.
• Work closely with the Creative Director, cross‑functional partners, and stakeholders to ensure design work is distinctive, consistent, and always on‑brand.
• Translate brand strategy and briefs into clear visual directions, design systems, and compelling product storytelling.
• Partner closely with the Creative Director to define, guard, and elevate creative direction and design quality.
• Oversee design development from first idea to final execution—on brief, on time, and on brand.
• Coach and mentor designers at different levels, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented studio culture.
• Manage studio workflow, resources, and priorities, continuously improving ways of working.
• Collaborate with category, marketing and product teams to deliver cohesive, brand‑aligned creative solutions.
• Confidently present creative concepts and design rationale to senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Stay ahead of trends in fashion, retail and design—and translate insights into inspiration for the team.
• Champion innovation in tools and processes, including AI, motion and 3D, to boost creative quality and efficiency.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Design or similar—or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a brand, agency or retail environment.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple workstreams across 2D and 3D design.
• A strong portfolio of high‑quality campaign, retail and digital work—from concept to execution.
• Experience working in complex, multi‑brand environments is a plus.
• Confidence working with cross‑functional stakeholders such as marketing, product and category teams.
• Strong creative leadership skills: set direction, give clear feedback and inspire others.
• Excellent visual taste and craft, combining strong concepts with refined execution.
• A strategic mindset that connects brand, business and consumer insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—you tell a clear, compelling creative story.
• Well‑organised, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with awareness of motion and 3D workflows.
• Curiosity for innovation, digital craft and emerging tools—including AI.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
