We’re looking for a dedicated Receptionist / Front Office Employee (f/m/d)(0-Hours Contract) who enjoys interacting with guests, providing outstanding service, and thriving in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Always delivering an exceptional guest experience
Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards
Assisting with breakfast and meeting events
Maximizing room occupancy and promoting hotel services and facilities
Staying fully conversant with hotel facilities, services, and promotions
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from all backgrounds.
