We're on the lookout for a passionate Senior Consultant who will work with multiple clients to identify their business needs and create customized solutions using the Mendix platform. This involves analyzing requirements, designing and building application models, and configuring application workflows. You will work collaboratively with clients and team members to develop effective solutions that meet the need of the business in different projects. You will give advice on where digital steps can be taken and what the best choices are with digital solutions by means of Mendix. Additionally, you will coach and mentor consultants and experienced consultants, contribute to pre‑sales activities and project estimations.

At CLEVR, I've been involved in several projects, all with their beauty and different challenges. One of the things I like most about my work is experiencing the collaborative passion at all the different companies and re‑use the knowledge gained over the years across different verticals. For one of my previous projects, I designed a larger cloud environment to support an AI use case. Working at CLEVR not only gives me endless possibilities of using these technologies next to Mendix, but also the opportunity to learn more about this.
Your role will include:- Collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications or user stories.
- Designing and developing application models, workflows, and user interfaces using the Mendix platform.
- Conducting user training and providing documentation for software applications.
- Demonstrated industry expertise in several of CLEVR’s key focus industries.
- Coach and mentor CLEVR consultants and experienced consultants in projects.
- Share knowledge with team members and across teams by preparing presentation or pages on Confluence in a selected area.
- Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies in low‑code development.
- Extensive experience with Mendix or with another low‑code platform. If you have experience with hard coding/programming, no problem! You can start by joining our Mendix Bootcamp.
- Experience in Java, HTML, Python, JSON/REST web services, and SQL databases are a bonus.
- Front‑end development (UI, HTML5, CSS3, SASS) is also nice to have.
- Or knowledge of object‑oriented concepts, preferably in an agile environment.
- English and German proficiency (Dutch or Norwegian is a plus).
