What you do:
As a reservations and customer service representative, you'll assist clients across Europe with their bookings, payments, and account questions, whether by phone, email, live chat, or social media. You'll be the go-to person for customers looking to book, change, or cancel their reservations, and your clear communication and problem-solving skills will ensure every interaction goes smoothly. Whether your project is in travel, hotels, or lifestyle services, you'll become an expert and help make each customer experience seamless. This full-time position in Ireland can be done from your home office in Cork, giving you the flexibility to balance work with exploring your new surroundings. We are looking for someone with prior experience in hospitality or customer service or a strong motivation to work in hospitality.

Let's talk housing:
We support you for the first 4 weeks of your stay and provide a 100% free of charge housing. During this time, you can find a suitable place for yourself. As the housing situation is however quite challenging, we are looking for someone who would also be comfortable with living in a shared apartment for the coming 12 months.
What we offer- Full-time position of 32-40 hours per week.
