A Glimpse Of Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic Legal Partner- Advise senior leadership and project teams on high-impact legal matters across contracts, partnerships, and international operations.
- Translate complex legal frameworks into clear, actionable guidance that aligns with business goals.
- Stay ahead of legal and regulatory developments—national and international—and advise the business accordingly.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for high-value or high-risk projects.
- Ensure contracts reflect TWD’s risk appetite and strategic direction.
- Support multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance and strategic alignment.
- Join project kick‑offs and key milestones to proactively address legal challenges.
- Act as the go‑to expert for resolving legal disputes during project execution.
- Oversee compliance with external regulations and client-specific requirements.
- Contribute to data protection initiatives, AI Act readiness, and software licensing.
- Enhance legal quality by refining processes, templates, and checklists.
You’re a practical, analytical thinker with a strong legal foundation and a passion for solving complex challenges. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take initiative, and collaborate with ease.
Skills and experience- Master’s degree in Law and proven experience in commercial law.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (in‑house or law firm).
- Fluent in English; Dutch fluency is a strong advantage.
- Solid expertise in commercial, compliance, and contract law—especially cross‑border transactions.
- Strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical abilities.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow.
