As Business Team Director, you will have four areas of focus:

• Finances – result-oriented and sharp on revenue, margin, and standardization;

• Commerce – feeling for the market and able to signal and utilize commercial opportunities.

You will search for the right balance between these areas of focus with your team. You are able to take responsibility and form a clear vision for the Wageningen office. The focus is on maintaining a service-oriented and proactive team, where there is room for diversity, growth, and utilization of individual talents. Besides your management tasks, it is possible to combine this with a role such as Registered Accountant, Entrepreneurial Advisor, or Tax Consultant. • Developing and monitoring multi-year plans, budgets, and commercial goals;
