About the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Maintenance & Reliability Consultant to join our team in the Netherlands. You have a technical background and a hands‑on mindset, and you’re eager to learn how to help clients improve their maintenance strategies, increase reliability, and explore digital opportunities. Together with experienced colleagues, you contribute to business continuity, safety, and measurable performance improvements.
What you will do- Support in developing maintenance concepts and conducting risk analyses.
- Help prepare and update long‑term maintenance plans.
- Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to optimizing maintenance processes and implementing practical solutions.
- Learn to use data analytics and digital tools for smarter maintenance.
- Work alongside experienced consultants on client projects and grow into taking more responsibility over time.
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- You have 0–1 year of experience in maintenance, reliability or asset management, or strong motivation to start your career in this field.
- You are analytical, curious and proactive, with good communication skills.
- You enjoy working with others and learning from experienced professionals.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
