Employment agency Manpower is searching for a Customer Service Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for customers and ensure that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities include:
- Executing the order entry and fulfillment process for a set of businesses and priority customers.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of Dow's products, applications, and services.
- Building strong customer relationships and understanding market needs.
- Coordinating activities across customer accounts, proactively addressing issues, and implementing solutions.
- Ensuring service levels meet business prioritization.
- Balancing customer requirements with Dow's capabilities to provide the best and most cost-effective solutions.
- Supporting commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple businesses.
