FunctieIn this role, you will be accountable for the full end‑to‑end supply chain for OPPLE Lighting Europe, including leading the S&O process (EU teams and China HQ), and overseeing Customer Service and After‑Sales operations. You will manage a 20+ FTE organization and function as a key member supporting the EU leadership team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) delivery of all customer orders.
- Managing inventory levels in line with EU targets (DSI, stock value, backorder reduction).
- Controlling all supply chain costs, including logistics, warehousing, transport, staffing, and operational spend.
- Translating company strategy into an actionable supply chain strategy and roadmap.
- Implementing continuous improvement routines across planning, logistics, customer service, and aftersales.
- Overseeing day‑to‑day operations from China factories to EU customer delivery.
- Leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&O) process for the EU region.
- Managing contracts, performance, and escalations with 3PL partners and subcontractors.
- Driving operational excellence and improving processes, systems, and collaboration across teams.
- Over 10 years’ experience in Supply chain planning
- Strong proficiency with SAP (SD, MM, PI) and demand planning software (Optimact is a plus).
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Fluent in Dutch & English; German or Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
Critical experience
- Leading cross‑regional supply chain teams.
- Implementing S&O processes.
- Managing 3PL relationships and contract negotiations.
- Leading IT and system implementation projects in supply chain environments.
- Experience with tender processes and understanding of GTM processes.
