We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant - CPQ to lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients. This role requires strong experience in CPQ solutions, solution architecture, and ERP/CRM integrations, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end CPQ implementations for enterprise customers
- Conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Design solution architectures integrating with ERP and CRM systems
- Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support)
- Mentor and coach junior consultants
- 5+ years of experience in CPQ implementation (enterprise level)
- Strong expertise in ERP environments (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP)
- Experience with solution architecture, process mapping, and system integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Languages:
- English (C1+)
- German (C2+)
- Dutch language skills
