To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team for an assignment till at least the end of the year ’26.The RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Business Partner , you will manage local recruitment activities for our sites in Boxmeer and Dongen. You will translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process.Using proactive sourcing methods and strong stakeholder collaboration, you will help ensure that JBT Marel continues to attract and secure top talent .Key ResponsibilitiesYou will act as a trusted recruitment partner to the business while managing the end-to-end hiring process.Your responsibilities include:Partnering with leaders and HR to understand hiring needs and support workforce planningAdvising hiring managers on recruitment strategies, job requirements, and market insightsManaging the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offersBuilding talent pipelines through innovative sourcing channels and professional networksRepresenting JBT Marel at networking and career eventsEnsuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining recruitment activities in WorkdayContributing to Talent Acquisition initiatives and continuous process improvementsAbout YouYou are a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys working closely with stakeholders across the business.Key strengths include:Strong stakeholder management and influencing skillsExcellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities2+ years’ experience of recruiting talent, preferably within a manufacturing environment (vocational level)Proactive sourcing and networking capabilitiesA customer-focused and solution-oriented mindsetStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsFluent Dutch speaking and writing skills are required for this local positionExperience working in an international or multicultural organizationWhy Join JBT Marel?At JBT Marel , you’ll join a global organization that is shaping the future of food technology while maintaining a collaborative and people-focused culture.
