SKILLSWe are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration & MDG expert to join our team to grow our Data architect practice. You will play a pivotal role in transformation projects including greenfield implementations, system conversions (brownfield), and selective data transitions (Bluefield). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), Customer‑Vendor Integration/Business partner implementation, and hands‑on experience with SAP data migration tools and ETL solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead and support data migration activities from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions.
- Drive and lead Customer‑Vendor Integration (CVI)/Business Partner (BP) implementation.
- Provide SAP data expertise to technical team members of data migration team.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Provide expertise in data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to in‑house data team, ensuring adoption of best practices and high‑quality deliverables.
- Actively contribute to pre‑sales activities, including solution demonstrations, workshops, and technical proposals.
- Minimum 10+ years of SAP Data Migration, with at least 7+ years as a hands‑on expert focused on SAP Data Migration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4HANA data migration strategies (Greenfield/Brownfield/Bluefield).
- Very good understanding of Data Extract, Transform and Load concepts in SAP.
- Good understanding of data cleansing and data validation concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one of ETL tools like SAP BODS/Data Services, SAP SLO etc.,
- Proven expertise in SAP standard data migration tools like LTMC/Data Migration Cockpit, LSMW etc.,
- Have deep understanding of critical S/4HANA master data concepts like Business Partners and demonstrated experience of implementing it.
- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private/Public Edition) highly desirable
- Ability to speak Dutch, or willingness to learn is desirable

Work PatternFull‑time - 5 days per week
2-3 days in the office + rest remote per week
You should also expect to perform some client visits from time to time within the Netherlands.
