As a Data Architect (Manager/Senior Manager) within our AI & Data team, you’ll be the strategic linchpin in designing and implementing AI, data, and analytics architectures that help organizations accelerate their digital transformation. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with a keen understanding of business objectives and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions. You’ll have a leadership role on operational projects and be jointly responsible for securing new business for the team.

With our Powered Data Analytics approach, you’ll help organizations leverage the full potential of their data through advanced analytics, automation, and AI.
Within our client’s “Velocity” and “Powered Enterprise” approach, you will help clients accelerate their data‑driven transformation by:
- Stakeholder collaboration: Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders and translate their needs into concrete architecture blueprints
- Innovation: Follow trends and new technologies and advise customers on innovative solutions
- Knowledge sharing: Contribute to the growth of our data and analytics capabilities, coach team members and stimulate thought leadership
- Leadership: Be a leading professional within both your project team and the broader team. You empower others and naturally take charge of client engagements.
- Develop a vision for data and analytics architecture and ensure it aligns with business strategy and transformation goals
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, SAP BW/4HANA, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and more.
- Ensure robust governance, lineage and integration in hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Design data pipelines and feature stores that support AI/ML models for intelligent automation and predictive analytics – AI Enablement.
- Develop compelling, customer‑focused proposals that address specific needs and offer distinctive value. Ensure seamless alignment between sales, pre‑sales, and delivery.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data architecture and analytics enablement, including hands‑on experience
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake and Databricks is a strong plus.
- In‑depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles
- Consulting experience, including presales, proposal development, and customer relationship management
- Excellent command of English; willingness to learn Dutch is an advantage.
LOCATION: Amstelveen, Netherlands
WORK PATTERN: Full time, 2-3 days per week in the office + rest remote. Client visits within the Netherlands are also required.
