The digital strategy has been set, and our IT platform will be renewed in the coming years. Integration and automation are key priorities. To strengthen our Business Technology (BT) team, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Business Analyst who can help shape this digital transformation.
What will you do?As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, improving, and digitalizing core business processes across logistics, finance, and customer service. You connect people, systems, and data, ensuring that the entire value chain, from the dental practice to the dental laboratory and back, runs customer-focused, fast, and error‑free.
You work with both low‑code and pro‑code solutions, such as Google, Mendix, and Kofax/Tungsten. Together with colleagues from IT and business stakeholders across Europe, you translate user needs into digital solutions that simplify and accelerate daily operations.
Key responsibilities- Analyze business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Design and optimize workflows and automations in collaboration with IT and vendors.
- Support the implementation of self‑service portals, RPA solutions, and system integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe to align needs and prioritize improvements.
- Test and validate new functionalities before go‑live.
- Document processes and maintain system and user requirements.
- Act as the link between business and IT to ensure that all digital developments are practical, scalable, and user‑friendly.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s level of thinking and at least 5 years of experience
- Lean process management (Black Belt), Agile/Scrum methodology
- Digital mindset, eager to learn, inventive, and solution‑driven
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across European teams.
- Familiarity with RPA, Mendix, or comparable low‑code environments.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written
