With your keen eye for detail and passion for numbers, you'll shape the way we track performance and define key performance indicators (KPIs) that illuminate our path to success.

• Provide management with all the essential financial management reports necessary for effective business guidance
• Ensure financial reporting is accurate and efficient, strictly following JV Accounting principles (IFRS), while delivering timely, complete, and precise reports as outlined by the Group
• Develop and execute a comprehensive management reporting strategy for the Group
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant performance metrics
• Oversee the forecasting process and generate insightful reports that enable management to steer the business effectively
• Compile monthly management reports and prepare the board reporting package
• Monitor performance and KPI metrics, setting objectives and diligently tracking progress
• Collect critical information from the respective Controlling teams (Intermediates, Operations & Commercial Controlling)
• Effectively implement Group directives, standards, and procedures
• Ensure that business processes are accurately reflected in the consolidation and management reporting framework while enhancing and optimizing process design across the Group globally
• Assess and improve reporting information, transforming it into actionable insights for management's strategic use. Initiate, develop, and share management steering information
• Flourish in a dynamic environment, collaborating with internal stakeholders while fostering inspiration, motivation, and positive relationships with all contacts

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in accounting or finance, combined with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Is driven, self‑motivated, and excited to take ownership of their work
• Possesses strong conceptual skills, allowing you to understand and simplify complex challenges
• Initiates innovative solutions that add significant value to our operations
