Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to work on complex and innovative projects, transforming the digital business of our international clients. As a Medior Data & AI Engineer you will turn breakthroughs into production solutions, take full ownership of technical deliverables, and guide junior engineers in the team. You will deliver projects spanning finance, retail, manufacturing, and more, using Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, or on‑premAI stacks.

Skills and Experience

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data/AI Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years relevant experience with Python and solid cloud know‑how (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• The ambition to earn recognised cloud & AI certificates and grow fast in multidisciplinary Scrum teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, an independent mentality with ownership of deliverables, and the ability to mentor junior colleagues while communicating clearly in both Dutch and English.
• Flexibility to travel to clients when needed, balanced by hybrid working options the rest of the time.
• Oral and written skills in Dutch and English.
