You will operate at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and organisational change. You’ll help our clients adopt Platform Engineering the right way: not just by designing technically solid platforms but by making sure they land in the organisation and stick.

This isn’t a coding-heavy role, but you do understand what great platforms look like under the hood, from cloud-native architecture and IaC to CI/CD pipelines and golden paths. You speak the language of both engineers and executives. You can navigate complexity, lead with clarity, and enjoy getting people aligned around a shared vision.

As a consultant, you won’t be stuck in the same place for years. You’ll be involved in different challenges across industries, defining strategy, facilitating org-wide change, and coaching teams on how to take ownership of platform capabilities.

• Experience in consultancy or advisory roles

• 5 years of experience in cloud/platform architecture and delivery

• Hands-on familiarity with cloud infrastructure

• Strong background in DevOps, SRE, and modern Platform Engineering practices

• Ability to define high-level direction and goals, and translate them into concrete actions and deliverables.

• Experienced in facilitating workshops, retrospectives, and cross-team alignment sessions to drive collaboration and clarity.

• Able to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adjusting tone and detail to the audience.

• Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and progress
