- Support management: You provide support with various organizational and administrative tasks.
- Assistance with accounts receivable and accounts payable administration: You help manage the financial administration and ensure accurate processing of incoming and outgoing payments.
- Communication with authorities: You maintain contact with various external parties and ensure flawless handling of administrative matters.
- Drawing up internal reports: You draw up internal reports and provide insight into important financial data for management.
- Completed commercial/administrative training or comparable qualification: You have a solid foundation in business administration and have completed a relevant training course.
- Experience in office management or as an assistant: You have experience in a comparable position and know how to efficiently manage an office.
- Good command of MS Office applications: You are proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and can use these tools effectively in your daily work.
- Independent and responsible working method: You can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
- Good communication skills: You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch and English.
- Reliability and discretion: You work accurately and with an eye for detail and handle sensitive information confidentially.
