Over het werk
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on operator who enjoys physical, technical work. In this role, you'll be operating automated machines that cut and bend reinforcing steel. You'll be on your feet throughout the day, actively working with the steel produced by the machines bundling, stacking, and preparing it for shipment. As a machine operator, you make sure production runs safely and efficiently. You start and stop machines according to procedures, perform quality checks, and adjust settings when needed. You quickly solve small technical issues and ensure the process keeps moving. When a machine stops, you and your team work together to get it up and running again as soon as possible.
You'll also carry out light maintenance and keep your workstation clean and safe. This is a physically active role, perfect for someone who likes being on the move and isn't afraid of a bit of hard work.
