Assembly Operator

We are looking for a precise and motivated Assembly Operator to join our assembly department. You will perform fine technical work, support serial assembly, and handle small packing tasks. Excellent performance in this role offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent contract.

Responsibilities as an Assembly Operator

• Assemble modules and machines according to specifications;
• Perform mechanical tasks and fine technical work;
• Support the team in assembly operations;
• Inspect, calibrate, and test assembled machines;
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental regulations;
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements;
• Report technical issues and deviations to the Team Leader.

• Technical insight and experience with hand or electric tools;
• Accurate, independent, and results-driven work approach;
• Team player who collaborates well across disciplines;
• Problem-solving skills and strong attention to quality;
• Willingness to learn and grow into a permanent role;
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
