Responsibilities
In your role as Enterprise Architect, you will primarily focus on shaping and promoting enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment between business processes and IT, and optimizing people and resources. You will oversee and define changes in the data and application landscape and effectively communicate the impact to stakeholders. You will apply the TOGAF Architecture Development Method to develop the 'why' and 'what' behind desired changes with stakeholders.
You will work closely with international teams in a diverse environment that includes country-specific and PwC network applications and services. You will provide valuable input on strategic level, architectural vision, and business architecture, whether it's regarding new products or modifications to existing solutions.
Your primary location will be in Utrecht, with the flexibility required to occasionally work from Amsterdam due to projects or meetings.
Key Result Areas:

Updating and promoting enterprise architecture in conjunction with business strategy and global (IT) policy.

Defining and assessing architectural principles, architecture (ABB), and solution building blocks (SBB) for proposed changes in the data and application landscape.

Analyzing and modeling architecture diagrams in Sparx Enterprise Architect.

Supporting the creation of project briefs and business cases for new projects with one or more IT components.

Coaching assigned colleagues to realize models and viewpoints, and guiding junior employees in their careers within your field.
Your Profile:

5+ years of relevant IT experience (e.g., architect, consultant, engineer, product owner), with demonstrable knowledge of IT work processes and ways of working.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial/Process Automation, or a related field from an accredited institution; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

You have a broad understanding, and you are both an abstract and a solution-oriented thinker, enabling you to translate the (IT) strategy into impact on enterprise architecture.

You have or are willing to obtain TOGAF and/or SAFe certification.

You are accustomed to actively working on your own professional development.

Proven stakeholder management skills; able to build trust, balance interests, and influence decisions across business and IT.
