Wat je gaat doen As an operator at the iron foundry, you’ll play a vital role in the production of high-quality counterweights for international clients. From preparing molds to assisting with casting and finishing, your work will be practical, diverse, and essential to the production process. You’ll join a dedicated team where precision, safety, and collaboration are key. With your technical know-how and proactive attitude, you’ll help us maintain our high standards and smooth operations.Your responsibilities:

• Prepare molds according to specifications to ensure readiness for casting.
• Operate overhead cranes to move heavy castings and handle finished products safely.
• Grind and finish products, shaping them to meet exact requirements.
• Carry out surface treatments such as sanding and filling.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict standards.
• Work together with your team to meet production goals and maintain a positive working atmosphere.You’ll work in a small, skilled team in a fixed day shift: 07:30 to 16:30.

• Full-time availability and interest in long-term employment.
• Experience with tools; experience in the metal industry is an advantage.
• Experience with overhead cranes is a plus.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good command of the English language.
