As an Application Specialist (Field Service Engineer), you will provide technical support, training, system commissioning, and application expertise to customers across the EMEA region. You will play a key role in helping customers maximize the performance of their equipment while building long-term relationships and supporting business growth.

Role and Responsibilities
Provide technical support and application expertise to customers across the EMEA region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and system performance.
Conduct equipment audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide recommendations that help customers optimize their manufacturing processes.
Install, commission, and support industrial coating and dispensing systems at customer locations.
Deliver technical training to customer operators and maintenance teams to ensure effective use and maintenance of equipment.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted technical advisor.
Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, and service improvements.
Plan customer visits efficiently and maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and CRM records.
Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, customer service, and technical support teams across Europe and North America.
Skills and Qualifications
Electrical qualification or electrician certification.
3+ years of technical experience (or equivalent technical background).
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Fluent English.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Valid driver's license.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
Travel
This is a highly customer-facing position requiring approximately 80% travel across the EMEA region.
A valid driving license is required.
Travel may include a combination of driving and air travel depending on customer location.
