As a sales support officer you will be the first point of contact for architects, designers, installers and dealers. You will support the Key Account Managers and build up your technical & functional knowledge of the Modular solutions.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Office Manager Modular Netherlands, and will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact and advising (interior-) architects, lighting designers, dealers, installers and end-users
  • Working with SAP, Salesforce and Teams to support the daily activities
  • Supporting with your team the account managers
  • Have fun in various reporting and coordinating platforms that you are part of.

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be:

  • Bachelor/master’s degree, preference industrial design/interior design or electrical engineering
  • Commercial acumen, result driven and customer first mentalityin
  • Proactive, a key-player between Modular and customer, your personality and appearance reflect the typical DNA of Modular and of a team player
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Fluent English and local language
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
